It’s always a good time to boost your immunity and this smoothie is our favorite way to decrease inflammation and increase vitamin C! This one gets a little spicy from the ginger and turmeric, but the carrots provide just enough sweetness to round it all out into something really delicious!

Ingredients:
3 oranges (peeled)
1 carrot
1 inch piece of fresh ginger
1 inch piece of fresh turmeric or 1 tsp powder
2 cups of ice
Recipe:
Blend all ingredients for 1 minute in a high speed blender (we use a Vitamix)
This serves two people, so double the ingredients if you are serving it for more people or if you want to have it ready for the following day this will keep for 1-2 days in the fridge.
