This pitaya bowl is so simple and delicious, but we just love the bright pink color! We added fresh figs on top from our neighbors fig tree and slivered almonds, but it’s amazing just as is and we’ve had this for breakfast and as a late night treat!


2 cups frozen pitaya (dragon fruit)

2 frozen bananas

1/2 cup water

How to make it: Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and top with your favorite toppings. We used slivered almonds and figs.
