These are great for breakfast on the go, but we love them at just about any time of the day! We are obsessed with wholesome oats and they are the perfect match for the sweet and salty combination of maple syrup and peanut butter. Eat these straight out of the oven or as Spencer likes to do you can store these in the freezer (Spencer loves cold cookies, haha!).
Ingredients:
2 cups oats
½ cup maple syrup
½ cup peanut butter
Method:
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
Divide batch into desired size cookie.
Bake for 10 minutes! Enjoy!
