We are absolutely obsessed with these! We love Nutella but don’t like all the additives and sugar so when we figured out how to make our own healthy version using just a few whole plant based ingredients we were so happy! Our favorite way to eat these are straight out of the freezer with a cold glass of oat milk.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup roasted hazelnuts
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
10 medjool dates, pitted (make sure you’re using really soft ones)
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Method:
Blend all ingredients together until the mix starts to clump together
Roll into bite sized balls

Eat right away or store them in your freezer for later. Enjoy!
