We turned our favorite breakfast, OVERNIGHT OATS, into a delicious smoothie! This smoothie is definitely for the days where you need some extra energy in your life. The bananas make this extra creamy and the addition of cacao powder makes this feel super indulgent, while staying extra healthy!
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup oats
2 very ripe bananas
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cacao powder
5 tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1 tbsp vanilla plant protein (optional)
1 1/2 cups filtered water
2 cups ice
Method:
Blend in a high speed blender for 30-60sec until smooth
Tip: For added sweetness toss in 1 date or 1 banana depending on what you have.
