In a blender add the following: 3 ounces of sundried tomatoes (we used the trader joes pack), 1 cup raw walnuts, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1/8 tsp ground black pepper, 1/4 salt, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp paprika – blend until crumbly. Then transfer to a pan and saute the mix for a couple minutes. After, add 1 can of chopped tomatoes and thoroughly mix together, cooking for another couple minutes. Add this on top of your favorite pasta and enjoy!
