We love snacking on dates and for the longest time we would stuff them with fresh almonds (also great if you haven’t tried it!). Made with only three ingredients, these little date bombs are a more luxurious version of what we used to make and we totally think you’ll love them as much as we do.
Dates (we used medjool)
Method: Take the pits out of your dates* and with a small spoon fill the dates with creamy peanut butter and close the dates. Next dip in melted chocolate (we used dark chocolate so it was vegan and had less sugar but you can use any chocolate you like) making sure to cover the whole date. Then place in the freezer for about an hour until the chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!
