This chickpea “tuna” spread is so good! I made a big batch for the week because I have a friend visiting and since we’ll be in and out of the house I wanted to make sure that I have a quick and easy bite on hand. It’s soo good on bread and with crackers or even added to a nourish bowl. Very easy to make, full of nutrients, fiber, plantbased protein and yummy flavors 🤤 SO excited for this week’s food prep!! It took me less than 2 hours to do with filming just to give you a time estimate! BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE from my mini food prep 🤍 MINI FOOD PREP to cover the basics!! Whenever I’m out of town or just very busy on weekends and don’t have the time to fully food prep for the week, I’ll at least make sure to have the bare minimum so I can assemble my nourish bowls for my lunches throughout the week. This also helps me to get back into healthy eating and making homemade meals whenever I fall out of my routine. Start small so it’s less overwhelming 🤍 and to make it even simpler, all you really need in the beginning is a cooked grain and a dressing imo 👌🏼 The kind of nourish bowl I make using my food prep ingredients 🤍 I get so many questions about what meals I make with my food prep and this is one example. I’m very ingredient oriented vs meal oriented if that makes sense. I prep foods that I use as base ingredients to assemble my nourish bowls for my lunches throughout the work week. I always add fresh vegetables and greens to my meals so I don’t get bored of eating the same meal everyday 🤍
