this miso noodle soup is so comforting! 🍜✨ literally takes no time to make and is full of yummy nourishing ingredients that are gut healing and heart warming 💕☺️ I’ve been eating this soup all week and it’s so good. If you try it let me know how you like it :) Manifesting more wholesome weekends like this 🤍🌻🌷✨ keeping some of my healthy morning elements alive while I traveling has helped me so much in following through with my overall healthy habits. I don’t force it but always plan for it. It helps to set intentions the night before “what’s the one thing that I can do for myself tomorrow that will make me feel good?” When I start my day doing something good for myself I am most likely to make choices that benefit me throughout the day and even if I don’t because let’s face it I’m traveling and want to indulge too and not stress about things especially when being with family!! At least I got my feel good hormones up in the morning 🤍🥰 hope this makes sense 😄🫶🏼 I’m headed to the Bay Area this weekend to spend time with family and I could not NOT film a mini food prep dedicated to just snacks! I’m telling you, when I go on a trip I’m most excited about my snacks! 😅 these are really great for a regular week at home too!
